                           Schedule Pick Up Information

In an effort to reduce the amount of paperwork and the cost of postage associated with registration, this year we will only be mailing an Emergency Information Form. All other information and applicable forms will be available on the CHS web site. The completed Emergency Information Form and the completed Concussion Acknowledgment Form (printed from the CHS website) are the only forms that need to be returned in order for your student to receive his/her schedule.

 

Class Schedules Pick up

            JUNIOR AND SENIORS may pick up schedule packets, locker assignments and

 pick up their textbooks on Wednesday, August 23, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m

FRESHMEN AND SOPHOMORES may pick up schedule packets, locker assignments and

pick up their textbooks on Thursday, August 24, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The counselors will be available both days to assist students in resolving any scheduling concerns.

Forms to be returned

 Emergency Information Form and the Concussion Acknowledgment Form (printed from the CHS web site) MUST be completed, returned, and ALL fines must be paid, BEFORE your teenager can receive his/her class schedule.  Checks should be made payable to Clarenceville School District.

Medical Authorizations

 If your teenager must take medication during the school day, it is the district policy to have written authorization prior to school personnel dispensing medication.  The authorization form must be completed by the physician before medication can be kept in the school office. Medical authorization forms need to be updated each school year and are available on the CHS web site.   

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL:  ½ Day -Tuesday, September 5, 2017

School Pictures

            School pictures will be taken on Friday, September 8.  All students must have his/her picture taken for a school I.D.  Students MUST use their school I.D. to be assigned textbooks, purchase breakfast/lunch and to attend school functions.  Picture retakes will be held on October 13, from 8:00 – 11:00 a.m.

Student Parking Permits

Students who need a parking permit must complete the vehicle registration form, available on the CHS web site, and return it no later than Friday, September 22nd. All students who drive to school must have a current CHS Student Parking Permit visible at all times in their vehicle.  The yearly permit fee is $25.00. Each Student will be assigned a parking spot…..Seniors will be assigned to the first 25 spots.
